Strong Future International

There are really so many scams and worthless internet marketing programs out there.
My mailbox is full of them every day, and I’m sure yours are too.
I saw one program just yesterday that had all the elements of another older and more famous program. It used the same structure, and even promoted the same opportunities.

I thought “Well, this guy is a copycat.” and decided to investigate.
Google was full of pages warning against him, and inviting people who were victims of his scams to share in lawsuits. Good thing I checked.

For those of you who are still in the decision process, I thought I’d do a quick series on a few of the companies that really do offer a chance to make a serious income.

SFI or Strong Future International is commonly considered to be the biggest and fastest growing affiliate based company on the internet. There are already over 2 million active members in over 190 countries worldwide, and that number is growing every day. In fact there are over 4000 people joining SFI every week.

SFI was the very first company I joined, and I did quite a bit of research before I came to a decision. The two main reasons I chose it were because it is a member of the BBB, and has an excellent rating. I didn’t just look them up on the BBB website, though. I found several sites that were designed to catalog and criticize as many companies and money-making schemes as possible in order to get people to join their company. They all had SFI listed in their catalogs, but not one of them had been able to find something to complain about with SFI!

The other reason was the products. SFI has a growing list of over 600 products ranging from nutritional supplements, pet care, housecleaning items, wireless, telephone and internet solutions, and magazines. I was unsure of getting started in a company that sold only digital products. I know information technology is the currency of today, but it just didn’t seem tangible enough to me to be able to stake my future on it.

If you are interested in being a part of the best, the biggest, the most reliable and the fastest growing opportunity out there, I urge you to spend some time researching SFI.

Here are some of the reasons I recommend it.

  1. It’s great for busy people. You can get started and work up to a full time income in as little as 5 hours a week.
  2. It has no boundaries or geographical restrictions.. It can be worked entirely from home, or from on the road. Wherever you have a computer and an internet connection.
  3. It has a lucrative and powerful compensation plan that brings in income from several different angles, and there is no limit to what you can earn. I know people personally who make over $5000/mo in residual income from SFI.
  4. It is available in over 200 countries.
  5. It doesn’t cost anything to get started. No entrance fees, no web hosting. Nothing. Ever.
  6. It offers a powerful marketing system that provides the affiliate with a huge bank of resources and training, and then does 95% of the recruitment and sales work for you. Again at no cost to the affiliate.
  7. No previous experience or computer knowledge is required.
The list goes on and on, but you get the idea.

Oh and I mustn’t leave out their new program: Nice Offers. It’s a system where you can make royalties by simply passing out coupons for local stores and businesses.

SFI does have a few cons.

It has multiple avenues for earning money, and a large and complicated affiliate site. There is so much training that it’s hard to know where to start. I’ve had more than one person tell me they felt overwhelmed when they first joined as an affiliate. Gary Carson has indicated that it’s just a matter of weeks before he organizes things into a simpler format, though, so this may not be a problem much longer.

SFI is an extremely solid program with a fully sustainable commission plan, and no rash promises or hype. It takes most people several months to generate a downline large enough to produce a significant paycheck. This can seem discouraging to people who thought they were going to make that mortgage payment next month with their SFI income. The positive side of this is that once that initial momentum is achieved, it becomes a solid residual income source that just keeps paying month after month with a minimum of effort.

Go ahead and check out the SFI website here. I know you’ll be glad you did.

The Law of Averages

At First I Didn't Believe It

I heard about the law of averages only a few weeks after I started Internet Marketing.

I was told that after I had used a certain marketing method for a few weeks, I would notice a trend. For instance, if I was making phone calls, I would notice that for every 40 people I called, 5 would ask for more info, and for every 10 who asked for more info, 1 would join. Or, for every 100 people who visited my webpage, one would take action that resulted in my making a profit.

My personal statistics would differ, they said, depending on the quality of my page, the attractiveness of my offer, my skill in talking on the phone etc. I would have to keep track of my efforts and responses to know how much I would need to work to get the results I wanted.

This is what they told me, but I didn't believe them. I was told that for my webpage, 400 visits a day would make me a solid profit. Well then, I thought, if I get 50 visits a day, I should make a profit after 8 days. Day after day went by without any profits. Week after week, I struggled, checked my stats, and hung my head in dissapointment. I added up my visits for the month. Several thousand visits, and not one sale, or maybe two or three at best.

I remade my web page. Not once, but three times. No difference. The only way you can fail is by giving up. Keep trying. I was told.

Then I Saw It Working

After several months (it seemed like forever) I started noticing a few profit days each month. First I had three days of profit, then five, then eight. Of course when I added things up at the end of the month, I was still losing money. I felt helpless. What was causing the profit, and why was it so sporadic? Was I at the mercy of chance? And if so, why was I so unlucky?

Silly me, I never thought about looking at my webpage visits in relation to my sales. Sure enough, my magic number seemed to be 110. If I had 95 visits to my page in one day, I would lose money almost every time. If I had 100, I may lose money, and I may break even. It was a toss-up. If 110 people visited my site,
Wah-Lah! I was in profit mode!

This One Concept Could Ensure Your Success

Now I know this doesn't seem logical, but it really does work. If you will simply believe this principle, you will be on the fast track to success. Here it is again.

The Law of Averages: When you start marketing, you will notice a
trend. You will achieve your desired result after a certain number of
attempts. That number will tend to continue. All you have to do to achieve
your desired result is multiply the number of attempts by this magic
number.
Of course, you will get better at what you do. Your phone skills will improve. You will tweak your page or ad copy, and begin to get better results. Things will get easier as you progress.

But if you believe this principle, your success will be inevitible, and even though it may take time, you will achieve your desired result. It will only take you four clear easily recognizable steps. I won't decieve you and say these steps will be easy, but you will know exactly what your targets are for each step.

  1. Set up your business. Choose your company or product, and decide what avenues you are going to market it in. Are you going to get a list of leads and call them? Are you going to make a web page? Does the company provide a web page for you to promote online?

  2. Plan your marketing strategy and get started.

  3. Keep track of your statistics. How much exposure do you need to make one sale, or get one sign-up?

  4. Decide how much you want to achieve, multiply by your required exposure, and work to obtain that much exposure. You will know exactly how much you have to work to achieve your goals!

That's all there is to it.

May you be successful beyond your wildest dreams!

Internet Earning Solutions

It was a quiet, warm, sunny day today here in Japan, which was a relief after the stormy week we’ve had. The typhoon in China sent an arm out our way, and the rain and wind have been something awful. I kept getting my limbs caught in slamming car and condo doors because I wasn’t strong enough to hold them open against the wind.

I came across this question today:
How can I earn thru the Internet?
I have been surfing the net for quite sometime now and I could not still find the right site for me to have a possible earnings.
I thought I’d share with you the answer I sent.

There are several ways to earn thru the Internet.

The hardest and slowest way will make you the most money. That is to join an affiliate company and start creating a downline of people who join and start working. This usually takes one to two years to start making a profit, but when you do, there is no limit to how much you can make. This is where you will find most of the millionaires on the internet. If you are going to start working on the web, it's a good idea to get started in one while you meet your more immediate needs with another program or a day job.

Another way is to take paid surveys. You simply answer a survey, and get points, then you can cash in your points for a paycheck. This has worked for some people if they take it seriously, and work for 5 to 10 hours a week. It's a good way to make quick money, but of course it stops coming in the moment you stop working.

If you have good writing skills, you can sign up to be a proofreader or copywriter. You can bid on individual jobs and get paid whatever you have bid. (Just do a search for internet proofreading jobs on Google - you should find an agency.)

Or you can combine an opportunity called Clickbank with Google Adwords advertising. This is basically a job as an independent marketer for various companies, most of which sell digital downloadable products on the internet. You can receive anywhere from 50% to 75% of the payment when you make a sale. There are a lot of programs to help you get started with this. Some of them function under the guise of typing jobs or data entry jobs.

There are a few traditional typing or data entry jobs on the net as well, if you simply want to make a wage for each job that you do.

And if you like to shop at garage sales and flea markets, you can make a good living finding treasures and selling them on e-bay. I have a cousin who does this for a living, and really enjoys it.

Hope this helps, and you wind up extremely successful!

Are You One Of The 5% Who Will Succeed At A Home Business?

Copyright © Debbie Penner
http://www.ExponentialProfit.com

Having a home business could be the lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of. No more getting up early to rush around trying to look your best. No more sitting in traffic hoping you will get to work on time. No more putting up with that unpleasant boss or working on days you really wanted off. No more letting someone else raise your kids and cheer at their soccer games. No more wondering where the next house payment is coming from. No more of “That would be nice, but we just can’t afford it.”

The problem with this dream is that most people who attempt to start a home business, don’t ever end up making a significant income. In fact, a lot of them end up losing money. The statistics are grim. 95% of the people who start a home business fail.

So how can you know whether you will be one of those fortunate 5%? It doesn’t make sense to start something you are destined to fail at. What do the success stories have in common?

Are you the right kind of person?

Successful business owners know what they want. They have a big visible ‘reason why’ that makes them feel like they have to make it work. Why do you want to move your job to your home? Do you want a bigger income? How much? What will you do with it? Do you want more time with your family? What will you do with them when that happens? The fortunate 5% have a reason they are working a home business that they can envision. Do you?

Successful business owners are committed to making their business succeed. They are going to reach their goals or know the reason why. Are you committed to working longer hours on less income for the first few months while you are getting things going? If your schedule is full right now, what are you going to give up in order to make your business work? Do you have the self discipline and patience to keep at it even if you encounter some temporary disappointments along the way? Do you have, or do you think you could develop the organization, planning, and marketing skills that will be necessary?

Successful business owners are willing to take the time to research an opportunity, weigh the costs and likelihood of a profit, and then take risks to make their dreams come true. How are you at making decisions on you own and taking risks? Do you feel uncomfortable about trying new things when you can’t accurately predict the outcome?

Do you really enjoy the general buzz of people around you at work? Remember, when you move your work to home, those people won’t be there anymore. Some people thrive if they are left alone to work on their own. Others go crazy just thinking about the isolation. Which are you?

Do you have the resources necessary to start a business?

Any new business takes a certain amount of cash to get set up. A MacDonald’s franchise would cost you several hundred thousand dollars. Most small home businesses require only a few hundred dollars to get off the ground. But a few hundred dollars is a few hundred dollars. It’s very difficult indeed to start a business with no budget at all. Indeed, I’ve heard some reliable authorities say that it may be impossible. Do you have a plan to come up with a budget to get started? If not, you may need to think about saving until you do, or at least starting small and working up to a full-fledged business.

You also will need to make sure you can spare the time. There is a lot to learn before you will be making a significant profit from home. Would you be able to set aside 10 to 15 hours a week to do the research, training, and marketing necessary to get started?

Don’t forget the simple logistical needs you will have. I got a letter recently from someone who wanted to start an internet marketing venture, but he didn’t have a computer, or access to the internet. He wanted me to find a way to make it work for him anyway! Do you have access to the internet, an adequate computer system and a place in your home you could realistically work from? Is there anything else you will need to purchase or install in order to get started?

What about environment?

Whereas the final outcome of a successful home business is truly glorious, there will most certainly be a series of bumps and bruises along the way. Do you have the support of your family or close friends, or will they say, “See, I told you it wouldn’t work.” every time you have a setback or a dry spell? You need at least one person in your life who will encourage you when the going gets tough.

Do you pass the test?

How about it? Could you be one of the 5%? If one or two of the above qualities are problem areas for you, you might just make it anyway. But if you have a problem in four or five areas, or even all of them, you may do better staying with your day job.

In any case, since there is no way to know how long it will take you to make a profit, it would probably be wise to stay at your current job, (or get one if you don’t have one) until you are making more money in your business that at your job. Doing well at your job while at the same time learning a whole new world of skills on the internet just could turn out to be the busiest and hardest months of your life, but the rewards will be well worth whatever sacrifice and effort you have put into it.

Imagine getting up whenever you want, working a few hours in your sweats, and then having the rest of the day to actually live life instead of just working to sustain it! Imaging never having to worry again where the money you need will be coming from! Imagine being able to give yourself a vacation whenever and wherever you chose!

I hope this gives you a little more ammunition to make an informed decision, and whatever you choose to do, may you enjoy a rich and full life full of small delights and big successes!

How To Get Things Done With A Weekly Schedule

Having put in a year now in internet marketing, I finally feel like I'm really getting started on my journey to financial stability and significant profits. Thought it might be useful for others who are just getting started to follow my progress. Thus a new blog.

Everyone says internet marketing is like a big jigsaw puzzle, and as soon as you find all the pieces and get them in place the money just starts to roll in. This is probably very true. I've been struggling for some months now with a serious information overload, and task overload. I thought a simple task list in order of importance could keep me on track. It worked for a while, but my list kept growing much faster than I could get it done and I got overwhelmed with that as well.

Last week I stumbled across a weekly schedule for the most important tasks. I've modified it to fit my situation and started to use it, and it seems to be helping a lot.

Here's the schedule I'm using:

  • Day 1 – Work on link exchanges.
  • Day 2 – Work on e-mail list and mailing ezine.
  • Day 3 – Work on improving web page.
  • Day 4 – Work on tweaking PPC campaigns.
  • Day 5 – Develop a new article.
  • Day 6 – Publish new article.
I also have a list that I need to get done every day.

  • Check and answer e-mails.
  • Expose myself to whatever training I'm currently involved in.
  • Read and post in forums.
  • Do any necessary advertising.
  • Consider posting in blog.
  • Check Stats at the end of the day.

This schedule seems to be keeping me focused on the current task instead of aimlessly drifting from task to task and not really accomplishing anything. In fact I'm really starting to have fun.

PS. The photo is a park about 15min. from my condo. Kurume, where I live is famous for azaleas. Imagine playing hide-and-seek here!
