Well you are wrong. With the launch of TOPS Erich has helped more people in SFI than he ever has before. This is because he has helped so many people succeed in SFI that his students are now his teachers. Erich has set up a support form for all TOPS members where new and old members can ask questions to any issue with TOPS or SFI and within hours (usually minutes) receive an answer. I am always amazed at the support new members receive in this forum. I participate in a lot of forums as part of my research and Erich's forum is one of the best I have ever seen.
